Ingredients
Eucalyptus Dives Leaf / Twig Oil (Eucalyptus Peppermint Gum), Cymbopogon Schoenanthus Oil (Lemongrass), Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Backhousia Citriodora Leaf Oil (Lemon Myrtle).
How to Use
Diffuse - Add 3-6 drops to your diffuser or oil burner to create a beautiful aromatic backdrop.
Aromatherapy Bath - Dilute 6-12 drops in 1 tablespoon (20ml) carrier oil of your choice, then pour this oil mix into 1 cup of Epsom salts. Hold the cup under the running tap to disperse in the water.
Body / Massage Oil - In a glass container, add 6-12 drops per 1 tablespoon (20ml) carrier oil of your choice, gently mix then massage into your skin.
Handle with Care
May I Be Inspired is a neat blend which means it does not contain any carrier oil. To apply topically, we recommend diluting in a vegetable, nut oil or seed oil (carrier oil) to prevent possible skin irritation. When using topically, perform a skin test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Adults: Dilute to 2% for topical use.

Kids: Dilute to 0.5% for children 2-6 years. 2% for 6+ years.

Pregnancy: Dilute to 0.5% and only use topically after the first trimester.
Avoid wearing during exposure to the sun.
